On average, our scents last 6–10 hours, but they can easily last longer and in many cases, the fragrance may carry on for more than a day. Our fragrances are formulated to deliver some of the longest and most consistent wear among inspired-by fragrances.

For better performance:

• Keep the bottles in a cool, dark environment so the fragrance oil maintains its quality and strength.
• Apply to moisturized pulse points and allow the fragrance to dry without rubbing it in. Clothing can hold fragrance longer, but always test delicate fabrics first.

Every EH fragrance has its own scent profile, from fresh and citrusy to sweet, woody, smoky or warm. Use the fragrance selector to view the designer inspiration, key notes and EH number for each option. If you’re unsure, choose based on scents you already enjoy rather than the bottle number alone.

Your bundle includes the exact fragrances and quantities displayed in your cart, so please check your selections carefully before checkout. Orders containing three or five fragrances also come with a free gift set, giving your bottles an elegant place to keep them.

Orders are processed within 0–3 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Orders over €50 are eligible for free shipping worldwide.

Yes. You may test one or two sprays and contact us within 60 days if the fragrance isn’t right for you. Eligible orders can be returned using a prepaid return label for a refund or exchange.

For bundle refunds, all bottles must be returned together. Individual bottles from a bundle may qualify for an exchange instead.

Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the parcel, bottles and shipping label. This includes leaking bottles, faulty sprayers, missing products or incorrect fragrance numbers. We’ll review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement or resolution.
